Q: Can I use FFPE samples?¶

Yes, but FFPE needs an extra de-crosslinking step before library construction — follow the FFPE pre-treatment and RCA (FFPE) protocols rather than the fresh-frozen ones.

Sample preparation¶
Q: How long can I store slides before imaging?¶
Applies to: all
Image immediately for best signal. If you must wait, store at 4 °C in PBS for up to 24 h; longer storage risks signal loss and morphology degradation.
