A condensed early FFPE protocol (last at v1.0), superseded by the full versions:
- Baking, deparaffinization, RNA retrieval, NaBH₄ quench, digestion → Sample Pre-treatment: FFPE
- Hybridization through post-amplification fix → RCA Protocol: FFPE
- The optional post-RCA bleach → Autofluorescence Quenching
It had fallen out of the site navigation, and its library-construction section was never more than a summary ("steps similar to Fresh Frozen but with extended times") with no reagent tables. Kept only so old links resolve.
FFPE workflow: Pre-treatment (FFPE) → RCA: FFPE → optional AF quenching → signal readout.
